ILLIANA IMAGES unearthed a gem of an old vintage AWA match between Animal & Hawk (The Legion of Doom) against a young Curt Henning and Baron Von Raschke, in 1984 from The Hammond Civic Center in Northwest Indiana, outside Chicago. I was there and what was so crazy that there was a brawl after the match. You dont get all the footage here after the match, but you will get the idea. A fan threw a chair at Hawk, which you can see, and bedlam through out arena, the Hammond Police Force had thier hands full that night! RIP Hawk and Mr. Perfect!

I was there that night. I was actually sitting near/next to the guy that got into it with Hawk. Almost got hurt bad in the mix when Hawk came after him. I stepped out of the way just as a chair slammed down where I had been standing. I was about 9 yrs old at the time
